How long will it take to get my refund?
You will receive a refund within 7 business days after we receive your return shipment. It may take an additional 3 business days for your bank to post your refund.
What if I do not have my original paperwork? Can I still make a return?
Absolutely! Online refunds will defer to account history to determine the price paid and refund amount. Please follow the instructions in our ‘Making a Return?’ tab to return the shipment for processing.
Where can I find my Purchase Order Number?
Your order number can be found in your confirmation emails. it can also be found on the label adhered to the shipment package.
